General
All food that you will purchase via this site will be either in date or out-of-date, out-of-date means the product is only passed the best of quality and can still be eaten as long as the product isn't past the used by date. Please check your parcel when it arrives and confirm that all items are present, if you find anything is missing please notify us with in 24 hours, otherwise we will not be able correct the order. All parcels are are checked before leaving the warehouse and you will receive a order confirmation which will be ticked off to prevent missing items.
Any damages or missing items must be reported to our support team at: support@foodbargains.co.uk within 24hrs of the order being delivered for us to resolve any issue.
Please note: Some items may become over ordered, if this occurs we will either refund you or put extra of the same products you have already purchased.
We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order under these terms.
EVERY order is subject the maximum items per box*
*e.g If you have ordered within the weight of 29kgs or below for example and your order is for 30 items but our warehouse can only fit 28 items due to the size and low weight of some items ordered e.g(case's of crisps) & manage to pack them within the large boxes we dispatch out, if this problem does occur we will refund for the items which couldn't be sent.
Payment
We accept paypal, google checkout and debit and credit cards, we also provide cash on delivery option to our ''Free Delivery'' area only.
For sercurity purposes we will only ship to the registered account holders address who use paypal unless you contact us first regarding this.
Please note delays may be caused if payment's are via e-cheques or if your paypal account is unconfirmed, in these situations our admin department will contact you to request further information.
Delivery
Delivery charges will be charged per 29kgs, for orders which is calculated More than the max 29kgs, you will be charged the same shipping charge, shipping to the Scottish highlands and northern Ireland will be charged differently as this are surcharged extra by the carrier. Please also note that if you select the LS postcode delivery method and you do not live within this postcode we reserve the right to deduct items from your order to cover the correct carriage charge.
Free delivery zone is a 5 day service
2-3 days stated for delivery is based upon working day, this due to Saturday & Sunday not being our normal operating days.
Some deliveries may take longer than 2-3 days, this could be down to busy periods / staff holiday periods
Tracking
All customers will receive a confirmation email and prior to dispatch and you will also receive a delivery notification which will give you the tracking details for your order, we aim to delivery your parcel next day from when the parcel leaves our warehouse but please allow 2 working days in the UK mainland and 3 days to the Scottish highlands and northern Ireland.

We understand that customer service is very important, this is why we recommend you use the ''Contact Us'' tab on the home page as emails are answered with 1 hour, we try to answer as many as possible telephone calls but sometime the amount of enquires can overwhelm this service.

We offer a full money back guarantee on any product(s) if you are not satisfied, just return the parcel/product and your money will be refunded, we will not refund until the item is returned.
We offer a refund on incorrect items shipped without returning that item.
